Hey again, this blog post is basically about how to create your own digital products. I’m not going to go into detail what you need to do or where you need to go, but I can give you a basic blueprint of what product launch looks like (I’ve done 2 successful launches on Clickbank).

So, steps to create and launch a successful product are:

Research

Landing page

Start building your list

Product creation

Copywriting or hire a copywriter

Soft launch (100 copies to get reviews and feedback)

Traffic creation (to build a big list)

SEO

Find JV partners or hire JV broker

Prelaunch

Launch

Many people skip most of the steps and want to rush and launch their product fast. But how can you launch your product successfully if you don’t know how your salespage converts? How can you launch your product if you don’t have a big email list? You can’t just hope that you will find affiliates and they will email for you. What happens if you don’t find any? Product launch without the traffic is not a successful launch.

To launch a $5000 per month product is very easy. You can easily do that in your niche forums, without any affiliates and without going to Clickbank.

If you need help with your own product or plan to launch a product, contact me using the Contact Me form here.

Best,

Here’s a little trick I’ve been using for almost 1 year now and it’s super awesome. It makes me tons of money, so I thought I would share it with you guys so you can make tons of money too.

Here’s how it works:

We all know that to make money, you need a niche. Good niches are where there’s lots of money.

Let’s take weight loss or fitness this time. It’s a huge niche and we know that people spend a lot there. Supplements, gym equipment, weight loss guides etc.

We also know that most affiliate marketers use keywords related to weight loss and fitness. For example, “how to lose weight,” “how to get fit,” etc. But that’s wrong – it’s so hard to make money using old techniques.

If you live in New York and want to get fit…what would you search for in Google?

“How to lose weight,” “how to get fit,” or, for example, “gyms in New York?” Or “personal trainer in New York?” And that will be your main keyword. Yes, that’s right. You should use keywords with city names. “Gyms in New York,” “gyms in Atlanta,” “gyms in London,” etc.

But what about companies who rank in Google for these keywords? Is it hard to rank there?

NO, not at all. I recommend that you get yourself SEO Toolbar for Firefox, so you can see each site page rank and backlinks. If you are using Market Samurai, then you don’t need it.

Most top 10 sites in Google have only 100-200 backlinks and are usually pageranked 0-2. So you can beat them very easily.

How to write content and what to promote.

If you are in the fitness niche, then you can write a blog about fitness, share tips, give them free meal and exercise plans and on the sidebar you can promote a weight loss guide for example. You can also sign up for the Amazon affiliate program and promote some expensive home gyms. Or do some CPA, promote fat burning supplements.

Just be creative. This method is unique and only a few affiliates are doing it.

A few niches that you can try:

Teeth-whitening

Fitness

Weight loss

Music equipment

Karate

If you run out of ideas, just go out and walk around your home town. Soon you will see what is popular.

And that’s not all…

Now let’s say you get ranked #1 and you steal all the traffic. Small businesses that paid tons of money to get there are losing customers now.

You can contact a few companies who are also ranked on page 1 or on page 2 and ask if they are interested in buying your domain that is ranked 1st for same keyword as they are. If they are interested and ask for a price, I recommend going with $1000-$2000. But it depends how fast you got up there. If it was only few days’ work, ask $1000, if it was harder ask $2000. If they say no, then email back and say no problem and hopefully some other company will be interested. Most likely they will email back and want to negotiate the price. If this company does not buy your domain, someone else will and they will keep losing potential customers.

When you have sold your domain, you can either create another site using the same keyword, or try something else. You know how you got this ranking, so you can beat your old site again. And then sell your domain again to someone else. Make another $1000-$2000.

That’s about it. It’s a very simple method that nobody is using. Well, I have seen only few marketers doing it. So don’t just let this sit in your head. Use it, make tons of money and share your success with me.

Best to you all

When I offered free mentoring in the Warrior forum, some people emailed me and asked if I could help them with their own site. They said that they were getting traffic but no sales. What was wrong?

Their blog content was off topic.

Let me explain:

John is a fisherman and wants to promote fishing gear and guides as affiliate. His blog talks about his fishing experience, he shares his tips, etc.

Now…

Let’s say I visit his blog, because I read an article in which he said there that he sold fishing gear and guides, but when I go to his blog, all I see is his own fishing stories.

Why should I care about his fishing experience or tips if I want to buy fishing gear? He said before in his article that his blog sells fishing gear, so I just want to buy that. But I can’t.

And that’s what my student was doing. He was writing a blog with passion. I can’t remember but I think his niche was meditation. A weird niche to make money for sure. He was talking about how to meditate, giving away free meditation mp3’s, etc. But he wasn’t making any money there.

Anyway… here’s what we did:

I told him that he needed to change the way his blog posts looked. His content was good but it was all advice and tips. I told him to find out which blog posts got the most traffic. Then turn free advice into good offers.

For example, if your blog post is about how to train your dog to sit, you can give them lots of free advice and at the end of your blog post, say that there’s a good ebook that you can recommend about dog training and they should check it out. Maybe it’s something they need. Make it look like you are just helping them. If you are only saying to “buy this ebook now” it will sound weird. They will understand that you are just trying to make money. You don’t need to be honest there: you can lie and say that you have done lots of research about dog training, that you bought this ebook 6-8 months ago and that it is actually very good.. Make it look like you are simply helping them, without making any profit.

This way you will make money much faster than “buy my stuff NOW”.

So this guy I was mentoring did what I told him and 3-4 days later came back to me with good news. He was making around $200 per day promoting just 1 ebook.

Now let’s go back to John the fisherman

If John was my student I would tell him to change his blog posts and offer a product for each post.

For example if he was talking about last Sunday when he was out fishing and was “testing” a new fishing rod, he would offer the same fishing rod for sale on his blog post.

He could keep all his blog posts with the advice and tips, but still promote products.

When someone visits your blog to buy something, they need to find this product in first 5 seconds or they will leave. It’s a fact. If your blog is too complicated, with long content and only a few images/links… people will leave. They don’t have time to read all this. If they want to buy, they want to do it fast. If they want advice…they will read your blog post from start to finish. But then you need to offer something at the end of your blog post. Don’t ask them to buy; only recommend. If they trust you, they will buy.

So that’s about it… I really hope that my blog post was helpful in some way. Getting sales is easy, getting traffic is harder. So if you are getting traffic, but not seeing any sales, take a look at your blog posts. Adding a few things can make a HUGE difference.

I’m sure you have seen lots of review sites and also written many product reviews yourself. But how do you make sure that your review is good and will make money?

First let me list the most common thing you will see on product review sites at the moment:

Promises to make you money – 100%

Review content is short

Many affiliate links that say something like” buy it from here,” “click to get it,” “make sure you get it from here,” etc.

And most likely site owner will offer 2-3 free products as a bonus, if they get it from him.

Sounds like a good plan? Keep it short, make them to click and let the sales letter to the job…

Let’s say you get that sale….what is the percentage that you will get a refund?

If I visit a review site because I want to buy a product and I’m not sure if this product is a scam or not, then how would I feel if see “Buy now”, “buy it fast”, “I will give you free bonuses – just buy from me”. Do I really think that this is going to be an honest review? Or any good?

I don’t get why people offer free products as bonuses on their review site. It looks weird.

So here’s how I write all my reviews and they all make me money – more than sites where I offer bonuses. I have tested both methods and high quality review sites work much better than sites with lots of free gifts.

First, I write that this review is my personal opinion after buying this product and testing it out (you must research first what the product is about, see how the members area looks, etc.).

Next I explain what the product is about. Then I explain what they will find. What kind of modules or topics there are. You should get a few pictures and show how the members’ area looks. This is your proof that you actually bought this product.

Your review should end like this:

Is this product for you? Will it make you money? Will you lose weight etc.? Maybe. You still need to take action to make it happen. I tested this product out; it works…it’s a high quality product, but you need to take action. So please don’t take it as a super product.

I really want to help you. That’s why I’m saying that there’s no magic solution. If you want it, you will get it.

Anyway, here’s their site if you don’t already know it. Check it out and see what you think. I do recommend it, but please…take action and you will see good results.

You need to show them that you are their friend. You can’t sell or push them to buy if you are writing a review, otherwise it’s not a review anymore. And trust me; this will make you money faster than “buy all my stuff now.”

You need to earn your potential customers trust first. That’s why top gurus are so successful. People know and trust them like fans or something like that . Take Frank Kern for example. Why do people buy his products? Because he is Frank Kern, that’s why . He shares free tips, gives lots of free advice and when he launches a $5000 product, people run like mad to buy it.

That’s what you need to do too. If you reviews are good, people leave comments (use the Facebook comments plugin for WordPress). The more followers you get, the more money you are going to make.

Don’t write reviews sites like everybody else does (offering free bonuses etc). If your review site is different and looks honest, you will be your customers’ first pick.

Much success to you all J

Hey, so it’s time to get things moving…

But first let me tell you a story that happened to me recently…

I had a student, who paid me money to mentor him. He paid good money actually. I gave him free premium themes, paid plugins for free (I had developer licenses) and also my best marketing secrets. We actually got him his first sales. Yes, he was making money…finally.

What happened? He quit. Yes, that’s right…after 3 weeks he quit. Not sure why. I can still see him online on Facebook and in Warrior Forum. He paid me money to get him started… I helped him a lot, set everything up with him, made him money and he wasn’t interested anymore.

So please, take action. You can always contact me and ask if something confuses you and if I get a chance I will reply to you and explain. Or I will write a blog post about it.

So let’s get started…
